Educational Experience
Primary School teacher (7 years), Headteacher (14 years), University lecturer (8 years), Thinking Skills trainer (10 years), and Appreciative Inquiry Consultant (6 years). Currently the pathway lead for educational leadership on the MA in Education, Edge Hill University.
Co-counselling Experience
Affiliated with Co-counselling International (UK), having undertaken the minimum 40 hours training to practice as a Co-counsellor and an additional 80 hours co-facilitating Co-counselling Fundamentals and more than 100 hours of ongoing coco practice.
Enneagram Experience
Certified teacher and practitioner of the Narrative Enneagram having completed the professional training program with Helen Palmer and David Daniels in 2007, involving 270 hours of training. Also affiliated to Enneagram Alive in the UK and subscribing to its Code of Ethics.
IPN affiliation
Independent Practitioner Network, currently establishing a new Merseyside IPN group
